“Great parties are like expensive shoes - classic, long lasting, and produce envy to all of your friends”
Elaine Thompson had met the man of her dreams and booked the Knoxville Museum of Art for her reception. Elaine wanted to create a gourmet sit-down dinner for 150 guests with a simple but elegant fall theme as her backdrop. Bronze pin-tuck linens, gold chivari chairs paired with hand carved white chocolate pumpkin tureen filled with a delicious dessert and specialty designed monogrammed menus created a beautiful tablescape.
Brittany celebrated her super sweet 15 a la MTV style! This party was an over the top experience for 150 chosen teenagers. From hand-made and hand delivered invitations to a Top 10 hip-hop artist performance, candy table, $200 gift certificates and one of a kind décor, Brittany’s party was shall we say…exceptional! And let’s not forget the party was wrapped up in a big red bow around a jaw dropping BMW convertible.
Courtney and her sister were both married the summer of 2006 so it was important to have a one of a kind event. The real challenge was to make her wedding unique and different from her sisters. Hot pink and tangerine roses and hydrangeas, along with hot pink and orange linens with custom sheer overlays created a tropical theme.
Dee and Kevin had dated seven years and wanted a small intimate affair to celebrate their union. The groom’s family owned an apple orchard and acres of land in the heart of the Smoky Mountains where his parents reside. The ceremony was outdoors as was the elegant sit down dinner for 20 friends and family. Apple green linens, mint julep cups, and native flowers with a southern menu and chocolate covered apples for party favors made the event both elegant and memorable.
Sposolizio, (translated in Italian to mean “Wedding Party”) created by the Knoxville Opera Company and sponsored by US Cellular, honored the patrons of the largest street festival in Knoxville, Rossini Festival.
Ella celebrated her third birthday in Western style. Guests will never forget this birthday bash and they have the t-shirts to prove it!
Celebrating the new marriage of a lovely couple, guests were entertained by live music and appetizing cuisine. The table and linens were custom designed to seat twenty guests for an intimate evening.
